July 5 '98 BEST ALL TIME LATIN RAPPER
 Last month we did our Top Ten Hip Hop Poll. The first question asked; 'Who
Is Hip Hop's All time Best Latin Emcee?'..Props go out to new rap star Big
Pun.. This 500 + lp giant racked up 721 votes compared to 471 votes by his
closest competitor Fat Joe... B-Real of Cypress Hill came in 3rd followed
by Kid Frost who came in 4th. The other poll question was; 'What Is Hip Hop's All time Best Song?'.. The honors went to Boogie Down Productions' classic piano ladden 'The Bridge Is Over'. Eric B & Rakim's landmark track 'Eric B For President' finished second while EPMD's ground breaking track 'You Gots To Chill' came in 3rd..
