We really got some work to do! Why did "Set it Off" gross more money at the box office than "Get on Da Bus"? It was great to have some of our affluent brothers and sisters contribute to such a fine piece of cinematic art!! What
troubles me is that we had over a million brothers attend the Million Man
March, and Spike's Bus did really bad at the box office!! What's up with
that? I know we can do better than this!!
WE MUST SUPPORT OURSELVES!! DID YOU CRY WHEN FATHER AND SON REUNITED AND CONFIRMED A NEW LOVE FOR EACH OTHER IN DA BUS? (POSITIVE!!!!) OR DID YOU CRY WHEN QUEEN LATIFAH WAS MURDERED BY THE POLICE IN SET IT OFF? (NEGATIVE) WHICH WOULD YOU RATHER SEE, THE SAME OLD SH@*! (PIGS KILLING BROTHERS AND SISTERS) OR BLACK FOLK DOWN FOR CHANGE!! I WAS REALLY UPSET BY THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 IN ATTENDANCE TO SEE THE VIOLENCE IN SET IT OFF! CAN THESE CHILDREN TAKE THIS VIOLENCE AND PROCESS IT? HELL NO!! THE KIDS NEED TO SEE POSITIVE..... SORRY, BUT I HAD TO VENT THIS!!
